CCPI Hires New Staff Research Scientist

CCPI is thrilled to announce our most recent staff hire, Dr. Monica Asencio Pimentel! Dr. Asencio Pimentel has been working as a Research Assistant with us as she completed her PhD in special education, with a focus on qualitative and mixed methods research in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and learning disabilities. She will continue to work across CCPI projects, including on a study examining outcomes of the First Born home visiting model. Her skills as a mixed-methods research who is fully Spanish-English bilingual are a major asset to CCPI and to New Mexico's policy research community.
