Rebecca Fowler is a Research Scientist at the Cradle to Career Policy Institute at the University of New Mexico. Rebecca received a Master of Public Health and a Master of Science in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas. Trained in mixed research methodologies, she has experience in conducting research within a variety of fields. At CCPI, Rebecca assists with research and evaluation within the many projects that the center leads.
