Jill Okun, Senior Contract and Grant Administrator and Staff Researcher at the University of New Mexico (UNM) Cradle to Career Policy Institute (CCPI), has over 20 years of experience with professional marketing; administrative project management; and proposal development for federal, state, and private entities. She has collaborated with multiple departments and centers across the UNM for 10 years, often coordinating joint departmental efforts and regularly conducting pre-award coordination and submittal preparation. Ms. Okun also creates unique proposal designs and layouts, and is highly skilled using design programs. Additionally, Ms. Okun is the project manager for CCPI's Evaluation of the State of New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care Department's Preschool Development Grant, and a qualititative researcher on many other CCPI projects. Ms. Okun has her B.S. in Early Childhood and Multicultural Education from UNM, which, in addition to her proposal development and administration experience, makes her uniquely qualified to contribute to the Institute’s mission.
