Jill Okun, Senior Contract and Grant Administrator at the UNM Cradle to Career Policy Institute (CCPI), has over 19 years of experience with professional marketing; administrative project management; and proposal development for federal, state, and private entities. She has collaborated with multiple departments and centers across the UNM for 9 years, often coordinating joint departmental efforts and regularly conducting pre-award coordination and submittal preparation. Ms. Okun also creates unique proposal designs and layouts, and is highly skilled using design programs. Additionally, Ms. Okun is an active member of the NM REAL team for the Kellogg Foundation, and a qualititative researcher on other CCPI projects as needed. Ms. Okun has her B.S. in Early Childhood and Multicultural Education from UNM, which, in addition to her proposal development experience, makes her uniquely qualified to contribute to the Institute’s mission.
