Darlene Castillo, BS, BA, is a Research Scientist at the University of New Mexico Cradle to Career Policy Institute (CCPI). In the past, she has worked on retrospective study of alternative schools in New Mexico and facilitated bilingual focus groups for program evaluation. Currently she is part of CCPI’s early childhood team where she is involved in numerous projects regarding childcare access. She has experience with data analysis and data collections through both interviews and surveys. Outside of work, she serves as a mentor for MANA de Albuquerque- Hermanitas mentorship program.
