The Early Show with Alax, an early childhood web series created by New Mexico’s Early Childhood Education and Care Department, has won a regional Emmy Award for Outstanding Educational and Informational Programming. This prestigious honor highlights the show’s remarkable contributions to early childhood education and family engagement across the Southwest. The Early Show with Alax is an engaging YouTube series where Alax, an intergalactic ambassador of care, interviews experts and learns alongside parents and caregivers. With over 11 million views and more than 26,000 subscribers, it’s no surprise Alax has achieved such an incredible milestone!
