The latest Home Visiting Annual Outcomes report is now available, with fresh data on families receiving home visiting, rates of screening and referral to community services, measures of improvements in parental nurturing behavior, and updates on specialized home visiting services for families with acute or specific needs. UNM CCPI produced the report in partnership with the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department.
