Bamadou Ouattara is a PhD student in Applied Economics and Econometrics at the University of New Mexico. He has a Bachelor of Sciences in Petroleum engineering from the University of Louisiana Lafayette with a double major in Economics. Bamadou is interested in Natural resources economics with a focus on agriculture and energy.

Bamadou works as a Research Assistant at Cradle to Career Policy Institute (CCPI). He is engaged in conducting education policy and program evaluation that supports policymaking for children and families.
